Transforming Readers into Leaders: Building a Brighter Future Through Literacy

There are few gifts more powerful than the ability to read. Reading opens doors to knowledge, nurtures creativity, strengthens critical thinking, and empowers children to realise their full potential.

Yet, many children continue to face challenges in reading and comprehension, limiting their academic performance and future opportunities. The reality is simple: children perform better in examinations and life when they can read fluently, understand what they read, and apply that knowledge confidently.

Recognising this urgent need, the Graduates and Professionals of Ga-Dangme Network (GPGD Network), in partnership with the Ghana Education Service (GES), Shai-Osudoku District, is implementing the Readers 2 Leaders Reading Clinic Project, a transformative literacy initiative designed to equip children with the foundational reading and comprehension skills necessary for lifelong success.
